Digitalization Course

Course Description:

This course delivers a practical, end-to-end framework for identifying, prioritizing, and delivering digitalization, data, and automation initiatives across an organization. Participants start with the fundamentals, what digitalization is, its impact, and its benefits and barriers, then learn to align initiatives with organizational strategy and pinpoint where the need or opportunity exists. The course then focuses on application, learning how to: assess digital maturity, define candidate projects, assess processes for automation potential, and quantify benefits. Participants work through how to manage the full delivery cycle — launching controlled, well-assured pilots, reviewing benefits and lessons learned, and scaling the digitalization toolkit enterprise-wide on proven methods. Graduates will be able to assess their organization's digital maturity, build a prioritized pipeline of digitalization opportunities, and lead initiatives from pilot to full-scale rollout.
